Restoration of historic building to form new multi use events space in the great hall with substantial internal structure supporting a new roof enclosure and associated works. Full planning and LBC obtained December 2024. Works also include further master planning for future expansion including mezzanine floors and facilities

Major projects include the rebuilding of the half- moon battery with guarding and access facilities sensitive to the location and throughout the site. Ongoing projects include the militia store and refurbishments of the museum.
